Based on our material disclosure dated 08.02.2018, it was established in Palestine with a capital of 10,000 Jordanian dinars to operate in solar energy, renewable energy, and other energy fields. The partnership structure of the new company will be in the form of 75% Zorlu Enerji and 25% Jerusalem District Electricity Co. Ltd. (Sharekat Kahrabaa Mohavazat Al-Quds Al-Urdineyyah). It is planned to establish solar power plants in different regions of Palestine to meet Palestine's electricity needs from solar energy.
