The fourth cohort of Zorlu Enerji Experience (ZExperience), implemented in collaboration with imeceLab, Zorlu Enerji’s social innovation platform that develops impact-driven solutions through an open innovation approach, has been successfully completed. With its renewed curriculum focusing on artificial intelligence, the program approaches AI not merely as a technology trend but as the language of a rapidly transforming world. By equipping young people with future-ready competencies, the program has reached a total of 510 participants over four cohorts.

Applications are now open for the Zorlu Enerji Experience (ZExperience) program, conducted by Zorlu Enerji in collaboration with imece. After providing students with competencies in various fields—ranging from sustainability and psychological resilience to renewable energy and social development—during its first three terms, the program continues its journey into its 4th term.

Zorlu Enerji has secured a total of EUR 2.41 million in grant funding through six projects implemented under the Horizon Europe Programme, while continuing to strengthen its expertise with nearly 25 R&D projects being carried out simultaneously across Zorlu Enerji and its group companies.

Zorlu Enerji achieved a score of 92 out of 100 in the Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) assessment conducted by the London Stock Exchange Group (LSEG), one of the most prestigious sustainability ratings globally. Ranking first among 346 companies worldwide in the energy sector, Zorlu Enerji rose to global leadership.

Zorlu Enerji has received an “A” score in the 2025 Climate Change Program assessment conducted by CDP (Carbon Disclosure Project – formerly known as the Carbon Disclosure Project), widely regarded as the world’s most comprehensive and respected environmental reporting platform, thereby validating its climate-focused strategies at an international level.

Through the “Liderlikte Kadın Yüz’ü” (Faces of Women in Leadership) Program, implemented in collaboration with Turkishe and YeniBirLider, Zorlu Enerji is preparing 100 young women from different regions of Türkiye for leadership through an eight-month journey of mentoring, training, and role model engagements.
