ZORLU OSMANGAZİ ENERJİ SANAYİ VE TİCARET AŞ

Zorlu Osmangazi Enerji Sanayi ve Ticaret AŞ (" Zorlu Osmangazi "), which was established with 100% participation of Zorlu Enerji Elektrik Üretim AŞ, has taken over 100% shares of Osmangazi Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. (" OEDAŞ " ) and Osmangazi Elektrik Perakende Satış AŞ (“OEPSAŞ”) since February 2017. OEDAŞ offers electricity distribution services to more than 1.5 million subscribers in the distribution area, which includes Eskişehir, Bilecik, Uşak, Afyon and Kütahya and realizes approximately 4% of Turkey's electricity consumption. OEPSAŞ is engaged in the retail electricity sales activity as an authorized procurement company.
