Our code of ethics serves as a guiding compass for everyone—from our employees to our business partners. In line with our corporate sustainability vision and principles of integrity, objectivity, transparency, and accountability, we expect all Zorlu Group employees and our stakeholders with whom we have commercial relationships (suppliers, business partners, dealers, authorized resellers, and service providers) to:

  • Avoid behaviors that are unethical, immoral, or fraudulent and contrary to the Ethical Principles,
  • Treat colleagues and stakeholders with respect, communicate openly, and - Comply with relevant laws and regulations and refrain from cooperating with those who do not,
  • Use all assets and resources appropriately, and protect them against potential loss, damage, misuse, abuse, theft, and sabotage,
  • Respect the confidentiality and privacy of all commercial and personal information related to our companies, employees, and stakeholders,
  • Avoid fraudulent or improper practices in business relations, avoid any conflicts of interest with related parties, and refrain from deriving any personal gain either directly or indirectly,
  • Not use their authority and responsibilities in a manner that provides undue benefit to themselves or their close relations in any transaction they are involved in,
  • Uphold strict diligence and sensitivity against all forms of corruption and bribery, both domestically and internationally, to protect the reputation of our institution and our employees.

What Do We Do?

We maintain zero tolerance toward all forms of bribery, corruption, and kickbacks—whether given or received, direct or indirect. Due to the nature of our work, we frequently interact with government officials and business partners worldwide. Therefore, full compliance with our good business conduct policy is critically important in both our internal processes and activities with business partners. This compliance is supported through defined policies, procedures, and reporting mechanisms.

What’s Next?

We will continue to develop our compliance system to effectively meet regulatory obligations in the countries where we operate, in line with best practices. The Electrip Code of Ethics Document is available on our website.
All new employees are required to complete training on ethical principles and practices, which is renewed every two years.


How Do We Ensure It?

We conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with our good business conduct policy. These audits are rigorously performed to verify that our employees and business partners act in accordance with our policies, and corrective actions are taken when necessary. Additionally, the audit processes are reported to ensure continuous improvement.
