Natural Gas Imports

Zorlu Enerji established Zorlu Petrogas in 2000 to carry out the activities of natural gas distribution projects, oil and petrochemicals production plants and petroleum exploration, production and trade.  

In 2009, Zorlu Petrogas obtained Natural Gas Wholesales License from Energy Market Regulatory Authority and started natural gas trade in 2010.

Zorlu Enerji started to perform natural gas sale operations through Zorlu Doğal Gaz İthalat, İhracat ve Toptan Ticaret A.Ş. after selling and transferring Zorlu Petrogas in May 2010.

In 2010, maintaining its growth in natural gas sector, Zorlu Enerji established a second company named Zorlu Doğal Gaz Tedarik Ticaret A.Ş. and obtained Import (Spot LNG) License from Energy Market Regulatory Authority.

Zorlu Doğal Gaz Tedarik Ticaret A.Ş. having the Import (Spot LNG) License from Energy Market Regulatory Authority; provides direct supply of natural gas to license owner wholesale or distributor companies and eligible consumers, exporting and wholesales to exporting companies.
