As part of Zorlu Energy’s Smart Life 2030 vision, the ZExperience program aims to support the personal and professional development of young people. In its fourth cohort, the program shifted its focus to artificial intelligence. Delivered with the contribution of imeceLab, Zorlu Energy’s social innovation platform, the program was designed specifically for university students.
700 Applications from 50 Cities
Developed in collaboration with Komünite, the program offered a comprehensive learning journey covering topics ranging from the fundamentals of artificial intelligence to the development of autonomous systems. Going beyond simply fostering an interest in AI, the program provided a structured, hands-on learning experience. It received approximately 700 applications from 50 cities across Türkiye, and following the evaluation process, 140 university students from 34 cities were selected to participate.
An Opportunity to Develop an End-to-End AI Prototype
Throughout five training sessions, participants gained not only theoretical knowledge but also hands-on experience in integrating artificial intelligence into their daily lives and professional workflows. The program provided participants with the opportunity to develop an end-to-end AI prototype, enabling them to design customized AI systems tailored to their own needs while gaining practical, production-oriented experience.
The training program covered a broad range of topics, from strategic prompt engineering and automation systems to generative AI tools and next-generation digital skills. Participants also developed significant capabilities in designing and building AI-powered solutions.
As one of the program’s key components, the "Inspiration Talks" brought together leading experts who shared their experiences and perspectives on the transformation AI is driving in the business world, the culture of productivity, and the future of work.

Since its launch in 2023, the ZExperience program has continued to provide new learning experiences and aims to expand its offerings with innovative programs in different fields in the years ahead.
