NEMRUT JEOTERMAL ELEKTRİK ÜRETİMİ AŞ

In order to utilize the geothermal resources in Nemrut, Bitlis and their surroundings in energy production, the company was established with 75% of Zorlu Enerji and %25 Rarik-Turkison Enerji İnşaat Maden Proje Ltd. Şti. founding partnership, and was registered in the Istanbul Trade Registry on 2 August 2013 with the registration number 878732.
Bitlis Special Provincial Administration granted Nemrut a 30-year Geothermal Resources and Natural Mineral Waters Operation License, effective on 23 September 2013 and valid in Bitlis province, Tatvan district, and a Geothermal and Natural Resources Exploration License valid until 3 June 2014. An application has been made to Bitlis Special Provincial Administration for the extension of the exploration license, but the process has not been finalized yet.
