Pursuant to our material event disclosure dated 08.02.2018, Zorlu Enerji decided to open a branch in Palestine and establish the company which will operate in the areas of solar energy, renewable energy and other areas of energy with an initial capital of JOD 10.000 in Palestine. The shareholding structure of the company shall be as 75% Zorlu Enerji and 25% Jerusalem District Electricity Co. Ltd. (Sharekat Kahrabaa Mohavazat Al-Quds Al-Urdineyyah).

ZJ Strong Energy for Renewable Energy Ltd. Co. will develop solar power plants in different areas of Palestine to meet the electricity needs of the country through solar energy.
