Based on the material event disclosure dated May 25, 2017, Zorlu Enerji has a total of 10,000 Pakistani Rupees in partnership with 99.7% of the Company and its core business is to produce and supply electricity, without any resource restrictions Zorlu Sun Power (Private) Limited is the establishment, purchase, supply and installation of electrical energy projects and transmission systems with a path chosen by the company from any renewable production facility, including, but not limited to, energy facilities; and the registration and registration process of the said company was completed on 1 June 2017.

Within the scope of the agreement of goodwill signed by Zorlu Enerji with the Punjab State Government, Zorlu Sun Power was given an associate degree in July 2017 by the Punjab State Government to establish a 100 MW solar power plant.
