It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or fulfillment of a contract.
In case of interest of the data controller, the relevant personal data may be processed provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals. In this regard, the processing of personal data within the scope of our Company's commercial activities is evaluated within the relevant scope. |

In addition, in case of any dispute that may arise, our company will be able to store your personal data for the limited period of time specified in accordance with the relevant legislation and for the purpose of providing the necessary defenses within the scope of the dispute.

- Resolution of customer complaints; Zorlu Energy Group Company, from which services are received only for organizing visits or carrying out our commercial and operational activities within the scope of ensuring customer satisfaction,
- Within the scope of our legal obligations, legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private institutions.
In order to process personal data for certain purposes within the scope of the law, the explicit consent of the person concerned must be obtained. Acting in accordance with the personal data processing conditions in the Law, our Company can process your personal data only if you have given your consent, in line with the personal data processing purposes listed below,
- Customizing and recommending our products and services according to your likes, usage habits and needs; conducting analysis, segmentation or targeting studies; presenting special product or service offers, new product announcements, campaigns, promotions and carrying out other marketing activities for you; it may be processed for the purposes of conducting surveys and customer satisfaction measurement studies and communicating with you electronically in this context, and may be shared with our third party suppliers from whom we receive services for these purposes.
In accordance with Article 11 of the Law, as data owners;

- Requesting correction of personal data in case personal data has been processed incompletely or incorrectly and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Requesting the deletion or destruction of personal data in case the reasons requiring processing no longer exist, even though it has been processed in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and requesting that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
- Objecting to the emergence of a result that is unfavorable to the individual by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automatic systems,
- In case of damage due to unlawful processing of personal data, you have the right to request compensation for the damage.
If you submit your requests regarding your rights in writing, as personal data owners, via registered letter to the address Yenibağlar Mahallesi Eti Caddesi No:28 A Tepebaşı/ESKİŞEHİR, to zorluenerji@hs03.kep.tr via secure electronic signature, mobile signature or to zmh@zorluelektrik.com via the e-mail address you have previously notified to our Company and registered in our Company's systems, your request will be evaluated and finalized by Zorlu Energy Companies within 30 (thirty) days at the latest, as stipulated within the scope of the Law. Although it is essential that no fee is charged for the requests, Zorlu reserves the right to charge a fee based on the fee schedule determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
