Pursuant to the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law”), this Disclaimer has been drafted by Zorlu Enerji Group Companies listed below for the purpose of enlightening data subjects regarding the procedures and principles regarding the processing of personal data of prospective employees applying for a job.

2.Parties to which Personal Data may be Transferred and Purpose of Transfer
Within the framework of the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the Law, your personal data may be shared in the forms indicated below for the purposes of evaluating and finalizing your job application and planning human resources policies and processes.
3. Method of Personal Data Collection
In order to evaluate your job application, your personal data is collected electronically through online career portals, e-mails, online interviews, foreign language tests in case your job application progresses positively, interviews held within Zorlu Enerji Group Companies in a physical environment or job application forms delivered by hand, and in accordance with the Law, in line with the personal data processing conditions specified below.
4.Retention Period of Personal Data
Our Company will store personal data for the period required by the above-mentioned processing purposes and for the periods specified in the relevant legislation. Additionally, should a dispute arise, our Company will store your personal data limited to the purpose of putting up the necessary defense within the scope of the dispute and during the statute of limitations determined in accordance with the relevant legislation.
5.Measures and Commitments Regarding Data Security
Our Foundation undertakes to take the necessary technical and administrative measures and have the necessary audits conducted to warrant the appropriate level of security to ensure

o personal data is not accessed unlawfully,
o the preservation of personal data.
Our Foundation will not disclose the personal data it has obtained to anyone else in violation of the legal regulations regarding the Disclosure on the Processing of Personal Data and will not use it for purposes other than processing.

Although it is essential not to charge any fee for the requests, our Company’s right to charge a fee over the fee tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board is reserved.
