ZORLU ENERJİ PAKİSTAN LTD.

Zorlu Enerji Pakistan, 100% owned by Zorlu Enerji, signed an agreement with Pakistani Alternative Energy Development Board (AEDB) in 2006 to establish a wind farm in Pakistan. According to the signed agreement, AEDB will allocate a share in the wind farm, to be located in Jamphir, Haydarabat, to Zorlu Enerji Pakistan; Zorlu Enerji Pakistan, in return, will build a wind farm in this region and generate electric power for a period of 20 years. The first phase of the project will have a maximum capacity of 50 MW, with an option to increase the capacity up to 300 MW.
