Zorlu Enerji was decided participate in Zorlu Enerji Dağıtım A.Ş. as the sole founding partner with a capital share of 50,000 TL and that 50,000 TL corresponding to the entire capital debt would be paid before its registration. The establishment and registration procedures were completed on 20 April 2018.
Within the scope of institutionalization efforts aimed at ensuring the integrity of activities under the roof of our company, the shares representing 90% of the total capital of Trakya Bölgesi Doğalgaz Dağıtım AŞ (“Trakya Doğal Gaz”) and Gazdaş Gaziantep Doğalgaz Dağıtım AŞ (“Gaziantep Doğal Gaz”), which operate in the field of natural gas distribution, have been acquired by Zorlu Enerji Dağıtım AŞ, of which Zorlu Group is a %100 shareholder, on the conditions and prices stated in the agreement and the EPDK approvals of the share transfers were completed on 19 June 2018 and 22 June 2018 and the transfer transactions were completed.
