ZORLU ENERJİ DAĞITIM AŞ

Zorlu Enerji was decided to participate as Zorlu Enerji Dağıtım AŞ with the capital share of 50.000 TL and to pay 50.000 TL before the the establishment and registration. Procedures were completed on 20 April 2018.

Within the scope of the institutionalization works aiming to ensure the integrity of the activity under the roof of our Company, Trakya Bölgesi Doğalgaz Dağıtım AŞ (“Trakya Doğal Gaz”) and Gazdaş Gaziantep Doğalgaz Dağıtım AŞ (“Gaziantep Doğal Gaz”) which are operating in the distribution of natural gas, represent% 90 of the total capital share, has been decided to be taken over by the Zorlu Enerji Dağıtım AŞ, one of the Zorlu Group's 100% shareholding companies, following terms and conditions and the EPDK approvals of the share transfers have been completed on June 19, 2018 and June 22, 2018 and the transfer transactions have been completed.
