The Company's issued capital is 5,000,000,000 (five billion) TL. The paid-in capital is divided into total 500,000,000,000 (five hundred billion) of shares, each with a nominal value of 1 (one) Kurus (Kr), where 50,000,000,000 (fifty billion) are registered shares of Group A and 450,000,000,000 (fourhundred fifty billion) are registered shares of Group B. Board of Directors are elected by the General Assembly from among those shareholders holding Group A shares or those nominated by such shareholders.
