Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret AŞ (9 power plants with 141 MW of installed capacity) was acquired via a privatization tender
Kayseri Natural Gas Power Plant’s capacity reached 188.5 MW
Zorlu Enerji acquired generation licenses for two wind power plant projects (110 MW)

Gökçedağ Wind Power Plant commenced operations partially with 57.5 MW of installed capacity
The shares of Zorlu Doğal Elektrik Üretimi AŞ (former Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret AŞ) were transferred to Zorlu Holding AŞ
