Zorlu Enerji signed a 20-year power purchase agreement with Pakistan Alternative Energy Development Board for a wind power plant to be built in Pakistan

Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret AŞ (9 power plants with 141 MW of installed capacity) was acquired via a privatization tender
Kayseri Natural Gas Power Plant’s capacity reached 188.5 MW
Zorlu Enerji acquired generation licenses for two wind power plant projects (110 MW)

Gökçedağ Wind Power Plant commenced operations partially with 57.5 MW of installed capacity
The shares of Zorlu Doğal Elektrik Üretimi AŞ (former Ankara Doğal Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret AŞ) were transferred to Zorlu Holding AŞ

Gökçedağ Wind Power Plant was fully commissioned with 135 MW of capacity

Dorad Natural Gas Power Plant (840 MW) in Israel became operational

First phase of Alaşehir I Geothermal Power Plant (33.73 MW) and Ashdod (64.5 MW) & Ramat Negev (126.4 MW) Natural Gas Power Plants entered into operation
